This policy explains what personal data Natalia Trela Media collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Natalia Trela Media, operating from Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain.
For any question about this policy or about your data, write to hello@nataliatrelamedia.com.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you give us yourself through the contact form on this website:
- your name
- your brand or company name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- your industry, the current stage of your social media work and your approximate monthly budget
- anything you write in the message field
- how you heard about us, if you tell us
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other visitor tracking on this website. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not profile you automatically.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To store your message so we can follow up — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, the consent you give with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To keep records of business correspondence — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in documenting how an enquiry was handled.
We will not use your details to send you marketing messages unless you separately ask us to.
4. How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted. If we start working together, your data is kept for as long as the engagement lasts and for the period required afterwards by Spanish tax and accounting law.
5. Where your data goes
Your message is stored in this website’s database and sent to us by email. That means the following parties process it on our behalf:
- LH.pl — website hosting and email, servers located in Poland (European Union).
- Google (Gmail) — the mailbox where enquiry notifications are received.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else, unless we are legally required to.
6. Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. WordPress may set strictly necessary cookies for security and for the form to work.
Some content is loaded from third-party servers, which receive your IP address as a technical side effect of delivering it: a scrolling script from the unpkg content delivery network, and, where an Instagram feed is displayed, images served by Instagram (Meta). Their own privacy terms apply to that.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You may object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and you may withdraw your consent at any time — that does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Write to hello@nataliatrelamedia.com and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to a supervisory authority — in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), in Poland the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl), or the authority where you live.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
